3. Is there a fee to use CasX?
The CasX Prepaid Card is free. However, there is a fee associated with the voucher you opt for. Be sure to review our terms and conditions.
4. How do I load money onto my CasX Prepaid Card?
You can easily load money onto your CasX card through various methods like Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI Payments, Offline Transactions or Net Banking options available on our secure platform.

6. What are the different CasX vouchers available?
We offer two main categories: Imperia and Legend. Imperia comes with and without movie tickets with the validity of 5 & 12 months respectively. However, Legend comes with a double limit that of Imperia without movie tickets with a validity of 5 months.

8. Where can I use my CasX prepaid card?

9. What kind of discounts can I expect on fuel?
Discounts on fuel vary depending on the point-of-sale rates at fuel stations. You can typically expect a range of 7.8% to 10.75%.
10. What happens if I lose my CasX Prepaid Card?
You can easily report a lost or stolen card by calling our support team. A new card shall be issued and the cost of the card will be borne by the client itself.

Imperia without movie tickets is ideal if you aren’t a frequent moviegoer. You’ll still enjoy discounts on fuel along with access to our GV and UnGV gift voucher portals.
16. How many movie tickets come with the Imperia (with movie tickets) voucher?
This depends on the specific voucher you choose. You get 6 movie tickets with 5 months validity and 16 movie tickets with 12 months validity. We recommend checking the terms and conditions.

Legend vouchers are a good fit for those who spend more on fuel.

Legend vouchers offer a higher maximum benefit from discounts (double limit), compared to Imperia.

20. Can I upgrade or change my voucher after purchase?
No, after activation users can’t upgrade or change existing vouchers. The upgrade option is available only after the existing voucher expires. We encourage you to contact customer support to inquire about potential upgrade options.
